Limitless Dance Company holds auditions

The newest contemporary dance company on the scene in Sydney is Limitless Dance Company. The company prides itself on “pushing the boundaries of dance both artistically and conceptually.”

Founder/Artistic Director Mitchell Turnbull is a Sydney native, but has worked around the world, performing in Europe, South America and the USA before gaining his Royal Academy of Dance Professional Dancers Teaching Diploma in 2014. Limitless, his biggest project to date, seeks to create “compelling, innovative and magical works.”

Company auditions are scheduled for Friday, October 2. Limitless is seeking dancers age 16 and over, both male and female, for its 2016 debut performance season.

All dancers interested in auditioning must have a strong understanding of contemporary and classical dance techniques, as well as partnering and improvisational skills. Athletic, quick thinking is an ideal attribute.

Dancers that are hired will be required to attend rehearsals on: Monday-Friday, April 11-15, 2016; Monday-Friday, April 18-22, 2016; Friday, April 29, 2016; and Sunday, May 1, 2016. Limitless Dance Company’s debut season will be May 6 and 7, 2016.
